Wow, I haven't written on here in awhile. Been busy. Planning to drive down to LA this weekend with Matty to visit Sammy. Haven't been down there in like 5 years, way overdue! Haven't even seen his house yet! I will miss my JJ so much while I'm gone!!
As for my smoking, I have been cheating a bit. I plan to completely start over when I get back from LA. Either Monday or Tuesday, depends on what day we come back. It was those days when I forgot to put the patch on that did me in. The first few days are fine, but then the thoughts come in and the strength disappears. So now I know that I need to keep putting them on, no matter how ok I think I will be if I don't. It was going so good, and I was really enjoying being a non-smoker so I'm gonna start all over. It will be easier this time, cause I haven't been smoking too much.
I will write a post all about my trip to LA when I get back!
