LA trip

Just got back from visiting Sammy in LA. Had a blast! Props to Matt for driving, we made each way of the trip in about 4 1/2 hours and i didn't get scared once, yay! Friday we hung out at Sammy's house in Van Nuys, and attempted to go in his freezing pool! We then met up for drinks at some bar called Q in Hollywood, and ended up at some UCLA cantina.

The next day, we met up with Sammy at the prominade in Santa Monica for some lunch. After lunch I got my coffee bean on again! It's even better iced omg!!! Afterwards, Matt and I headed out to Anaheim to visit his brother Dan and sis-in-law Michelle. She cooked dinner which was Shepard's pie. Never had it before, but I must say it was mighty tasty! Props to Dan for finding a keeper!

The next morning we headed back up to Hollywood to meet Sammy for brunch. We went to this place called The Griddle, which is kind of a whole in the wall, but it is very known there. Apparently it is the place to be seen with a hangover in the hills haha. Didn't see anyone famous at breakfast, but we did see Tom Green while we went across the street to get another coffee bean fix. God i love that stuff! The picture above is Matty's oreo pancakes. They were mammoth!! There were 3 of them, and they had to about an inch thick each! (that's what she said lol) I had the potato skin eggs benny. mmmm yummy.

Had lots of fun, and I can't remember the last time I got to spend so much time w/ Sammy! He spends a lot of time in Singapore working and visiting his girl, so it was way overdue!!!
